While we hope for more acceptance by everyone, we know that these products help people every day and we are proud to sell them. Answer Most of our products will ship the next business day. However, it does depend on the product line and order. Answer We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Personal/Certified Check and PayPal. We will wait for personal checks to clear before we process and ship your order. Question How do I return my purchase? Answer Please contact us at 1 (800) 470-8856 (7 days a week, 9am-9pm EST) and ask to speak with the sales representative who helped you with your order. The sales representatives phone number and name will be on the order invoice. A return authorization number will be provided to you, if necessary. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own cost, and may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Question How much will it cost to ship my order? Answer Shipping is free if your order is over $50.00, unless it is clearly labeled otherwise. Products such as stair climbers, stair lifts, vertical lifts, dumbwaiters and walk-in tubs are generally marked as "plus shipping". Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
