General Delivery Times
Most products leave the factory within 1-2 business days from the nearest location. With locations throughout the US, this ensures quick delivery times. In the rare case that an item is on backorder, we will notify you and advise you of expected delivery times in case you need to make alternate arrangements.
Product Specific Delivery Times
Dumbwaiters: Dumbwaiters leave the factory within 15-20 business days. All units are shipped via common carrier.
Lift Chairs: "Quick ship" lift chairs leave the factory within 1-2 business days. Standard lift chairs leave the factory within 5-7 business days. "Builder" lift chairs take 10-12 business to leave the factory.
Stair Lifts: Stair lifts leave the factory within 3 business days.
Vertical Lifts: Vertical lifts 72" and under leave the factory within 3-4 business days. Larger vertical lifts and commercial vertical lifts leave the factory within 15-20 business days. All units are shipped via common carrier.
Walk-In Tubs: Tubs leave the factory within 7-14 business days. All units are shipped via common carrier.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50.00 ship free, except for any items clearly marked as "Plus Freight". "Plus Freight" items generally include dumbwaiters, stair climbers, stair lifts, vertical lifts, and walk-in bathtubs. Extra delivery charges apply to locations in Hawaii and Alaska. Please call for international orders.
