Due to the nature of the products we sell, no returns can be made on any used products and no returns will be accepted in general, except where the product deilvered is defective or damaged. Please call us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment. Defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the manufacturer's discretion. You must call us before making any returns to receive a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without this number.
